We are numerically lead in our investments and are mandated not to exceed 45% of the funds value with dept.
We know that the future of real estate is digital. Since 2019 we have operated a small venture capital business that supports early stage business in the property FinTech and PropTech sectors.
We carefully choose our partners and support each business with our full technical depth and industry knowledge.
Typically, we invest between £150,000 and £2m and mandate an equity position.
