We differentiate our fund by employing a blend of accountants, planning consultants, architects and engineers to appraise and unlock value is underutilised assets.
Because of our deep technical and sector knowledge, we are able to cross pollinate industrial, manufacturing and logistics sectors in a way that is atypical of private funds. This delicate process of re-configuring and re-marketing real estate unlocks significant value.
We are numerically lead in our investments and are mandated not to exceed 45% of the funds value with dept.

We know that the future of real estate is digital. Since 2019 we have operated a small venture capital business that supports early stage business in the property FinTech and PropTech sectors.
We carefully choose our partners and support each business with our full technical depth and industry knowledge.
Typically, we invest between £150,000 and £2m and mandate an equity position.
